Authorities executed a welfare inspection after receiving concerns regarding possible neglect involving animals housed at the property.
Investigators reportedly found surviving animals crammed into filthy cages inside an unventilated structure surrounded by moldy food, waste and dangerous biohazard conditions. Code enforcement officers later declared the building unsafe because of the extreme filth and contamination levels.
