Euthanized Dog Reportedly Found With Large Holes in Body After Boarding at Vet Deserves Justice

Target: Williamson County, Texas Attorney Doyle Hobbs Jr.

Goal: Give veterinarian who allegedly allowed animals to be boarded in filthy conditions prison sentence and do not allow her to continue practicing.

An English bulldog, named Jax, allegedly had to be euthanized after it was reported he developed serious sores all over his body while he was being boarded at a local veterinary clinic. Dr. Dana R. Boehm, the veterinarian who owns the practice, needs to spend time in prison if it is determined that this innocent animal died because he did not receive proper care while staying at her facility.

Jax’s owners claimed that some of the sores found on his body had penetrated through his skin. He was also reportedly covered in urine and was not able to walk when they picked him up. Although Jax’s owners rushed him to another veterinary hospital to immediately get help, Jax’s injuries were allegedly so severe he had to be euthanized. After the alleged incident took place, authorities thoroughly searched the veterinary hospital and reportedly found feces and urine everywhere as well as clothes dripping in urine. Not only were the animals allegedly being housed in these dirty conditions, they were also said not to be provided with adequate food or water.

Although the animals were returned to their owners and Dr. Dana R. Boehm turned herself in to the police, Boehm was released on bail. Sign this petition to demand she be required to spend a long time behind bars and that she no longer be allowed to continue practicing as a veterinarian to better ensure other pets will be safe if she is found guilty of these horrific crimes.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear County Attorney Hobbs Jr.,

Dr. Dana Boehm was recently arrested after it was allegedly discovered that a healthy English bulldog, named Jax, had to be euthanized after being under her care. Dr. Boehm should not only be given the maximum amount of time in prison, but she should also get her veterinary license revoked if it is found that any animals died as a result of neglect.

Surveillance cameras appear to show that Jax was healthy when he was dropped off at the veterinary clinic. However, when his owners picked him up, they reportedly saw that Jax had a bunch of painful sores all over his body and that many of those sores had poked holes in his skin, some were apparently deep enough to expose bone or tendons. Although Jax was taken to get medical help at another nearby clinic, it was the opinion of the second veterinarian that he was suffering so badly, Jax had to be euthanized. When officials searched the building, they reported finding syringes that were not properly sealed, clothes that were soaked in urine, and a massive amount of waste that had not been cleaned up. Additionally, it was said that none of the animals boarding at the facility had been given sufficient water or food.

While it is good news that no other animals had to be euthanized and that they were all safely returned to their owners, Dr. Dana R. Boehm should also no longer be allowed to practice veterinary medicine, and she should be given the longest prison sentence possible if it is found she is responsible for Jax’s death, or for any other animals suffering while under her care.

Sincerely,

  1. Someone HAD to be aware of what this vet’s business was “offering”—the smells, the filth, the appearance/behavior of Roehm and her staff. It didn’t just occur overnight. Why didn’t the poor bulldog’s people notice that the facility was lacking in very, very serious ways? Where is a regulatory agency that presides over such matters in Texas?

Most troubling; what a terrible outcome for Jax! Roehm should be relieved of her license and certainly be jailed for a maximum penalty.

LOCK THE BITCH UP AND TAKE AWAY ALL VETERINARIAN LICENSES. SHE SHOULD NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY OR EVER BE IN POSSESSION OF ANY ANIMALS.

  3. Vet MUST lose the license and NEVER be allowed near animals or defenseless humans ever again, and jail time and hopefully treated the same wasy the animal was treated!!

  4. Hope she gets a lot of time in prizon

  5. Lock her up in the same conditions she did the animals

  6. lots of prison for this creep

  7. All animal abusers internationally must have the death penalty implemented. I am ready, willing and able to help perform this procedure!

Now everyone is saying?” what happened!” Really? This monster owned this clinic, she had employees and she had customers. How can it be that no one knew about the filthy conditions and cruel treatment of the animals under her care? She’s sick and twisted and needs the maximum sentence for her crimes. I would want to interrogate the employees as well. Found out why they let this continue, and fear is not an excuse.

I agree with all of you! The problem is with the veterinary discipline board not only in Texas but around the Country! They give these inbred sadists usually too many chances before they implement ANY disciplinary action for one, then if and when they revoke their licsenses, these oxygen thieves just pack up , move to a different State & carry on practicing! It happened to my family, I got pissed off after he almost killed my daughters dog so I investigated the son of a bitch! Found out after numerous “disciplinary” actions in New Jersey, then ultimately losing his license by revocation, he packed up and moved to Texas! There the disgusting piece of shit was not only a vet but a vivisectionist as well! When caught there,he moved again! He’s now in South Florida where he still has complaints yet he is still practicing! He is close to retiring so what he has been doing for a number of years now, is undercutting every vet he can to garner as many unsuspecting people as he can. Complaints do no good because the authorities don’t do anything! When they REVOKE the licenses of these inbred assholes, it should be Nationwide! My heart goes out to this family, how their poor baby must have suffered… I’m all for printing and posting their pictures and crimes on a Nationwide database and painting a target on their ass and turn them over to Animal Rights activists for a few hours! Make sure IF they go to jail, (rarely), every inmate knows exactly what their crime was, believe me they won’t ever walk out! Personally I hope they skewer this filthy, sadistic, oxygen thieving bitch!

  10. Euthanize the BASTARD!!!

  11. Just because folks are veterinarians, don’t be super trustworthy of them. We had a horse with a broken leg, left the horse to be euthanized. Went back several weeks later to pick up halter and blankets, and seen our horse in a paddock. The vet experimented on him by attaching a prosthetic leg.

He was skin and bones, and couldn’t hardly move.

  14. Jaime Perez says:

This horrid disgusting creature must be jailed for the rest of her miserable life, then she can never hurt another innocent animal.

  15. This Vet needs to be held accountable. Throw his fucking ass in prison…

  16. Agree all comments do the same to those fuckers.
No need for cruelty these fuckers need to be tortured.

  17. MAX JAIL for this extremely EVIL VET MONSTER, Dr. Dana Boehm!  I lack words to express my indignation and anger at this DESENSITIZED, DEHUMANIZED, SADISTIC and highly PSYCHOPATHIC evil Satan!   How can a   PROFESSIONAL VET (!!) INFLICT such EXTREME SUFFERING on a healthy dog. The sufferings this poor dog went through are of DEVILISH DIMENSIONS!! This poor creature deserves JUSTICE. ANIMAL VIOLENCE shall be treated as any human violence. Animals SHALL NOT BE VICTIMS — and they deserve JUSTICE just like YOU and ME!
MAX JAIL FOR THIS VET FROM HELL!! SHE MUST ALSO BE FORBIDDEN FROM PRACTICING AS VET, AND EVER COMING NEAR ANIMALS AGAIN!
    Thank you!

  18. EVIL, WICKED AND SHAMEFUL EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING….SHE MUST BE PUNISHED TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON HER…..YOU DISGUST ME

  19. EVIL SADISTIC EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING!!! ROT IN HELL YOU BITCH!!!!!

  20. Shirley Lemieux says:

It is unacceptable that a Licensed Medical Animal Doctor be responsible for the death of an owners dog while in her care along with the neglect of several other animals while in her care and still be able to continue practicing Veterinary Medicine. Authorities have found that animals were being housed in dirty conditions and that the animals were not provided with adequate food or water. Medical Professionals have strict standards by Law and clearly Dr. Dana Boehm failed to follow those standards. Committing animal abuse while being a Licensed Animal Professional is a very serious crime and her punishment should reflect that.
