Punish Woman Accused of Swinging Dog by Legs

Target: Carla Rodriguez, District Attorney of Sonoma County

Goal: Hold woman accountable for allegedly violently abusing a dog and resisting arrest.

A disturbing incident of alleged animal cruelty has come to light in Petaluma, where a woman was reportedly seen hitting a dog and swinging it violently by the legs. According to police, community members observed this horrific act and alerted authorities. Authorities say the alleged perpetrator, identified as Irma Suarez Lopez, was observed squeezing the dog with significant force, demonstrating a clear disregard for the animal’s safety and well-being.

Further investigation revealed that Suarez Lopez had apparently taken the dog from its owner without permission, heightening the severity of her actions. Individuals who inflict pain and suffering on innocent animals must be held accountable to deter future incidents and reinforce the seriousness of animal cruelty laws. PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Rodriguez,

A recent incident in Petaluma has raised serious concerns regarding the well-being of animals in our community. A woman named Irma Suarez Lopez was reportedly witnessed committing acts of animal cruelty by hitting a dog and swinging it violently by its legs. The actions observed appear to not only reflect a shocking level of abuse but also indicate a broader issue of animal neglect and mistreatment. Such behavior cannot go unpunished, as it poses a threat to the safety of animals and undermines our commitment to humane treatment of all living beings.

The allegations detailed in the police reports indicate that Suarez Lopez took the dog from its rightful owner without permission and refused to comply with officers’ lawful commands when they attempted to intervene. These alleged actions necessitate serious consideration, not just for the sake of the individual animal involved but to affirm our collective societal values regarding the treatment of animals. It is critical that justice prevails in this case, serving as a clear message that acts of cruelty will not be tolerated.

We urge you to take swift action in pursuing the necessary legal consequences for Irma Suarez Lopez. Appropriate punishment for her alleged actions is essential to protect the vulnerable and to reinforce the importance of respecting animal welfare. Together, let us ensure that our community is a safe place for all creatures, and that those who violate this trust face the ramifications of their actions.

Sincerely,

Do the same thing to her …hit and swing her around by the legs!

She should be banned for life! Jail time make knock some sense. Stealing someone’s pet is theft. She definitely should get jail time!!!!

I hope the rightful owner gets their dog back if they provide a safe and happy forever home.

  2. If only we could do what people do to animals to them. She should never be able to have a pet of any kind. She stole the dog so she should answer for that. What a nut that needs to be put away and not just a slap on the hand. That poor dog, and I doubt the court even thinks of the hell this dog went through.

  3. Now it’s her turn! This is just sickening!

    • I agree with you…it’s her turn! Hang her up like a pinata and let’s all have a whack at her!!

      • So she took the dog without permission?? Then abused the dog? What kind of crap is that and wonder where the owner was ;hope it wasn’t staged ! Hope the dog is ok

  4. Agree all comments, swing the bitch against a brick wall.

  5. So this demonic slag stole the dog, so why is she not being charged with that? Where was the owner while this horrific abuse was happening? Hopefully this maggot Will end up in jail where she Will be beaten by lots of animal loving inmates and when she gets out of hospital she is banned from ever being near an animal again and her local community forever spit on her in the street

    • Yup that’s what I thought. Why did she take the dog from his owner without permission and then abuse the poor thing ?! Holy crap she should be charged with more then abuse!

    • Or give her name to ICE. Maybe she can take the place of some harmlessperson on the next flight to an El Salvadore death prison.

Report all the horrible ppl abusing animals. ICE doesnt care why they end up on their list

We can use them for something good for a change

  6. Everyone report her to ICE
Theyre grabbing anyone, we can use that to get them to accidentally actually help for a change. They can have the people in these abuse lists. Report them all. Hopefully they can take the place of decent ppl on the next deportation flight to El Salvadore

Might as well get something helpful out of them
