  1. No sentient being should die this way, it’s just plain and deliberate abuse of an animal, and no dog should be forced to live like these four have been. The owner is known, the abuse is obvious and could have been avoided in too many ways to go in to details. He needs a permanent ban on animal contact, a fine equal to the cost of the investigation and helping the surviving dogs, and time in jail to understand this will no loner be tolerated in the USA. No slap on the wrist, do the right thing.

  2. Throw this disgusting piece of filth in jail for a very long time. What a cruel and despicable monster she is. Those dogs did not deserve this horrible fate.
