I’d LOVE to drag these 2 pieces of garbage behind an ATV until their spines snap. And to then waterboard them. It’s the ONLY way to teach them NOT to do it again to other defenseless animals – it will be far better punishment than a silly slap on the wrist (i.e. a monetary fine) or any time in jail (which Americans unfortunately always consider to be a Badge of Honor). If you don’t want an animal there are all kinds of rescues and even individuals that would gladly that the animal in.
