Foal Reportedly Suffering From Fractured Vertebrae and Dragged Behind Vehicle Deserves Justice

Target: Thomas J. Vilsack, Secretary of Agriculture, United States Department of Agriculture

Goal: Penalize abuse cases like the incident involving Faith the foal.

A case of suspected animal mistreatment, widely disseminated through social media, has gravely concerned citizens and advocates. Located in Cumberland County, Witts End Quarter Horses became the scene of shocking revelations. A foal named Faith emerged as one of the most impacted animals, suffering substantial physical injury and pneumonia. Accused individuals from the property, Austin Wayne Simpson and Kylie Lenore Parker, face charges that include animal cruelty and felony conspiracy.

Reports indicate that Faith was also dragged behind an ATV, and sprayed with water for training, which to horses can be a similar torture as water boarding.

Faith, with injuries to vital muscles and fractured vertebrae, exemplifies the urgent need for legislative intervention. Her recovery process, aided by specialists at Foundation Equine Clinic in Vass, starkly contrasts her mother Judy’s fate, who died from acute colic. That Faith requires an “emotional support horse” post-trauma further emphasizes the dire nature of her ordeal.

Cumberland County Animal Services has reported more than 500 public calls and emails, propelling this incident into the national spotlight. The saga, which includes disturbing footage of equine abuse, poses pressing questions about regulatory oversight and existing loopholes. Consequently, it mandates a proactive stance from policy shapers to enforce stringent regulations for the safeguarding of animals.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Secretary Vilsack,

A case that has recently gripped public attention requires immediate, decisive action. At Witts End Quarter Horses in Cumberland County, a foal named Faith reportedly suffered significant injuries. Both Austin Wayne Simpson and Kylie Lenore Parker face criminal charges.

You, as Secretary of Agriculture, hold a position of considerable authority. As such, we earnestly beseech you to enact stringent animal welfare regulations that help to prevent episodes akin to Faith’s cruel experience. Proactively allocate resources for effective oversight, introducing rigid protocols to deter, detect, and punish such violations.

The concerned populace of the United States insists on immediate changes in animal welfare regulations. Let it stand as a stern warning: society will not turn a blind eye to such atrocious acts; justice must and will be meted out.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

What kind of government entity allows this kind of treatment and it really really really really needs to be put in front of a judge and Jerry and these people need to be prosecuted. This is horrible. Look at that baby.

  4. Do the same to these animal abusers, Drag them behind a bus until every bone is broken in their bodies. Such cruelty is never ever to be tolerated

  5. These 2 pieces of shit should recrive the same treatment before being thrown in a damp dark cell for life!

These 2 evil bags of crap should be dragged behind a vehicle until they’re no longer breathing! Austin Simpson lives in Hope Mills and Kylie Parker lives in Fayetteville (both in North Carolina). I despise animal abusers and think each and every one of them needs to be eradicated from this earth – slowly and painfully. If North Carolina is too spineless to do this, I’ll gladly volunteer my time and my taser, some rope and a Karma bat.

My friend just adopted a puppy that came from the south. New York rescues animals from certain death. She told me she did not want to tell me how the south kills animals in the most barbaric way. I told her i did not want to know.

We need STRONGER CRUELTY LEGISLATION, adequate funding to monitor farms, “sanctuaries” and so called, entertainment venues…and ENFORCEMENT. Importantly, the judiciary need to dole out maximum sentences, otherwise, why bother even pretending we have cruelty laws at all.

The DOA does little to monitor or enforce existing legislation. Other countries are moving into the future re: animal welfare. The US should be leading on these issues. Sanctuaries are frequently torture chambers. Small family farms private Hell-scapes and circuses, rodeos, petting zoos and animal acts similarly go un-monitored and unchecked.

Guess who want to pass a law that makes it more difficult to inspect farm animals? CUNTservatives. I signed petition at Change.org.But i suspect signing it will mean nothing.

Until the world is willing to send animal and child abusers to prison for life, this kind of cruelty will continue. There is no ethical or moral justification for subjecting any sentient being to cruelty.

If convicted, please ensure that Austin Wayne Simpson and Kylie Lenore Parker are not able to hurt any more animals for their remaining days on the planet.

Secretary Vilsack is a disaster for animals! He does nothing about abuse on farming abuses and has not shut down repeated abusers where video evidence of gross abuse has occurred !
We need stronger laws! Biden has made a horrible choice appointing him!

But the CUNTservatives want to pass law making it more difficult to inspect farm animals. Don’t believe me? Go to Change.org where i signed petition. And you are correct. Bidens choice sucks!!

  12. The American people demand change! We are tax payers, unlike the greedy rich, and we help those in harms way. This poor little foal should never have been treated as she was by the two subjects now standing assured. They do need a jury and a court trial. They do need to face a long time in prison!!! They are accountable and need to face punishment. Have them work to pay for ALL medical costs! Have them take responsibility for the Foal’s rehoming. These two people are probably young but what ever age they never faced the torture they put this little foal through. Fault is not trash, but these two are! They need to be treated the way they treated Faith. Hopefully they will be found guilty and have the full measure of the law thrown at them. Most importantly, I hope the law will be used and be effective in preventing this in the future.

  13. Who the fuck does this to a foal?????? Eye for an eye. Hitch them to the ATV and drag their sorry asses down the stree., See how they like it. And PLEASE let me be the one driving the thing! Assholes!

  14. Jail these bastards

No animal deserves to be the victim of DEHUMANIZED and DESENSITIZED SADISTIC PSYCHOPATHS!!! Crimes committed against defenseless animals are increasingly GROTESQUE because the punishment for animal abuse is not severe enough, and in many cases does not exist. A slap on the wrist is a MOCKERY of animal victims. These satanic pathological monsters must be severely punished, MAX JAIL or DEATH PENALTY! He must also be forbidden from coming near animals ever again.
SET a PRECEDENT, and punish to the full extent of the law!
