  1. I have no idea how long this dog suffered. Hanging an animal by the neck shows no compassion for life. There are no excuses and no reasons for this man to do this action to a dog. The dog must be suffering both physical and emotional trauma. This man needs to pay for the dog to be rehabilitated and the costs of his rehabilitation. It is imperative this man be charged and hopefully prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Sadly this torture goes on all the time but America’s laws are too weak to be meaningful.

The vile, mentally deranged scumbag who severely abused this poor defenseless dog requires instigation of the death penalty and nothing less. A slow and agonizing extermination is essential for this evil cretin!

Every day I ask the rhetorical question, ‘what is wrong with people?, and every day I come up with no good answer. Maybe as with the cars and the being chained outside, this piece of dreck should hang from a balcony for a while-at least long enough to put the fear or whatever into him.
