Target: Laura Dover, York County, PA Attorney
Goal: Prosecute case involving deadly alleged mass starvation of animals to fullest extent.
Dozens of diverse animals populated a property. Inhabitants included dogs, rabbits, chickens, goats, ducks, and turkeys. One tragic shared fate united these living beings: they all presumably died on the residence.
When authorities arrived on the property, they say they were greeted by the horrific sight of almost 30 deceased animals. Investigators reportedly found signs of severe malnourishment, compounded by an apparent lack of any visible food or water for the animals. Over two dozen more living animals were rescued from the property. The renters of the residence, Pedro Luis Vega-Rivera and Chase Elizabeth Fisher, were charged with several acts of animal cruelty.

PETITION LETTER:
Dear Ms. Dover,
More than two dozen animals were apparently found dead on a York County property, and over two dozen more were rescued. Reports of no water or food on the premises and widespread malnourishment compound the tragedy of this case. If the individuals suspected of facilitating these horrific conditions are found culpable, they should face full repercussions for this mass act of reported cruelty.
Neglect is especially torturous cruelty that typically causes a slow, painful death. Please do everything in your power to secure a rigorous prosecution and a just outcome.
Sincerely,
[Your Name Here]
