  2. I agree. The legal system in America is broken and probably dead. We need stricter laws and they must be enforced. Animals should not be harmed, hurt, or killed by we humans. Humans are the lowest form of animal but make no mistake, we are animals and the worst animals of all. We have no compassion and we are full of greed. That sums up human kind. Yet there are those who do really care. We need more of those who care and far less of hose who don’t. This man is on video so it should be an open and shut case. That everyone is so upset may mean there is moron the videos which can’t be spoken of here. This man is accountable. Lock him up and stop the torture for others including small dogs. They deserve kindness and love whereas this man needs to be forgotten by all.
