They act when their public image is tarnished because of a lack of interest in domestic animal protection. Police don’t necessarily want to risk their life getting involved in busting a dog fight ring where they are outnumbered and/or out armed by greedy gamblers and drug dealers – who will reopen somewhere else once they are bailed out of jail.
I agree with Margaret. Why are these criminals given bail anyway? And if bail is set is it high ejoubghto discourage setting up these animal fights somewhere else?
Our laws are too weak. Our criminals are too crafty. To continue this process over and over again to the disinterest of the public and the demise of the fighting dogs is disgraceful. Our Judes and legal system is lacking. Justice has not been served. Judges, lawyers, and all involved need to take their job seriously. How they live with the knowledge that their lack of action is continuing the abilities of these criminals to torture and get rich off thedeaaths of so many dog victims. It’s disgusting.

These animals need to be taken away from this person so she will not have the opportunity to put these animals or any others at risk again. She also should not be given the privledge of owning any animals in the furure.
