Please do not condone such cruelty! Graciousness and KINDNESS (to animals) is important in any country.
You need to find this abuser and pull him beyond the pickup until he takes his last f*cking breath. OMG how incredibly horrible to have done this act of cruelty to this poor dog. His life needs to be over he isn’t worth the time to even talk about, just another form of a waste of skin!
