Southern states of the USA are a hotbed of animal cruelty, torture and murder. These people are sub-human, lacking in compassion and probably intelligence as well! The police are as bad, not treating such horrific torture of animals seriously. What an awful country the USA is, moronic young people who are devoid of humanity and no proper law enforcement, e.g. this case and the 16 year old in Florida who tied his dog up and stabbed it to death. The poor animals who suffer so much before death are the victims. The USA is getting to be like India and Asia, horrific places for animals.
