Siberian Husky Apparently Found With Chain Embedded in Neck Deserves Justice

Target: Waterbury, Connecticut Judicial District State’s Attorney Maureen Platt

Goal: Give man appropriate prison sentence for allegedly chaining up his dog and making him live inside shed.

A Siberian Husky named Justice was allegedly found roaming the streets with a metal chain stuck inside his neck. The injury was reportedly so severe, the chain had to be surgically removed. Emanuel Pizarro-Boria was finally arrested after a four-month search and has been charged with animal cruelty, allowing the dog to freely roam, and not getting Justice a rabies shot. Officers suspect that the animal not only remained chained up while in Pizzaro-Boria’s care, but also that the dog was kept by himself inside a shed.

Luckily, Justice survived and is currently in a much better state. However, it is important that the suspect be given the harshest prison sentence possible and that he further no longer be allowed to have pets if he is found guilty of this horrific neglect and abuse. Sign this petition to demand Justice get the justice he deserves if it is found these allegations are true.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear State’s Attorney Platt,

Police arrested Emanuel Pizarro-Boria after his dog was allegedly found running around the area with a chain sticking out of his neck. It was further reported that the chain had to be surgically removed. The person suspected of this crime needs to be held accountable to the highest extent of the law if he is found guilty.

Authorities named the dog Justice in the hopes that they could locate whoever harmed the animal. After a four-month search, they finally found and arrested Pizarro-Boria. According to officers, the poor dog had been living permanently chained up inside a shed for an indefinite amount of time. Fortunately, Justice is now recovering and will be able to be adopted once the case is over. However, if Pizarro-Boria is found guilty and receives a light sentence, he will likely continue to abuse and neglect innocent animals. I therefore demand you seek the maximum prison sentence allowed and that you further insist he not be legally able to keep animals in his possession if it is found he is responsible for Justice’s fate to hopefully make sure he will not be able to harm more animals.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

I am at CT resident. CT should be leading on these issues. Please, prosecute this man to the fullest extent possible. Without aggressive prosecution and REAL punishment, criminals will continue to believe that our cruelty laws are a joke. We need more comprehensive legislation, funding supports enforcement and harsher punishment – jail time, hard-core fines, a national registry that tracks offenders and laws that forbids offenders from the sale, trade or ownership of any animal for life.

No animal deserves to be the victim of DEHUMANIZED and DESENSITIZED SADISTIC PSYCHOPATHS!!! Crimes committed against defenseless animals are increasingly GROTESQUE because the punishment for animal abuse is not severe enough, and in many cases does not exist. A slap on the wrist is a MOCKERY of animal victims. This satanic pathological monster must be severely punished, MAX JAIL or DEATH PENALTY! He must also be forbidden from coming near animals ever again.
SET a PRECEDENT, and punish to the full extent of the law!

  5. I agree this should merit some sort of real punishment not a slap on the wrist. But again a dog known for its howling and barking, I have to ask why did this not get reported. Did no one hear this dog’s cry for help coming from a garage???? Did no one wonder why it stopped when the dog escaped.Animal cruelty is a community problem. See something say something is for any community problem.

Most of us who value life and justice “for all” will agree that in cases like this only “an eye for an eye” metes justice. But we don’t do that anymore, although criminals like Pizarro-Boria know no limits to their cruelty. This is not his first crime nor is his last. But law enforcement and the justice system could do a heck of a lot more to make them regret their deed and perhaps, just maybe, make him think twice next time. The max is the least.

POS HUMANS SHOULD GET THE VERY SAME BACK, A LIFETIME BAN ON BEING ANYWHERE WITHIN MILES OF ANY ANIMALS OR VULNERABLE HUMANS, AND A VERY LONG JAIL SENTENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!! WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS ALREADY AND IF SENTENCES/PUNISHMENT WERE SEVERE ENOUGH WE WOULD HAVE ALREADY SEEN A SHARP DECLINE IN THIS HORRIFIC HUMAN BEHAVIOR. JUSTICE SYSTEMS WORLD WIDE NEED TO GROW A PAIR AND START STEPPING UP TO BE PART OF THE SOLUTION, NOT PART OF THE PROBLEM AS THEY ARE NOW!!!

  8. Disgusting excuse of a human. Must be locked up for a decent period or the message is, this abhotent behaviour is ok. It is not! Lifetime ban on owning animals also.

  9. No jail time but laate these mentally disturbed vermin suffer the same.
An eye for an eye tooth for a tooth.
This is not a human being so don’t treat it as being human either!!!

  10. Lock up the scumbag

PUT THIS CRUEL ABUSIVE ASSHOLE A CHAIN AROUND HIS NECK VERY TIGHTVAND CHAIN HIM INSIDE A METAL SHED WITHOUT FOOD AND WATER FOR THE REST OF HIS MISERABLE LIFE!!

  12. Shirley Lemieux says:

Had this dog not been roaming freely then things could have turned deadly for this dog. What a sickening tragedy for this husky. Poor dog slowly being strangled to death. This crime is no wrist slapper. Hopefully a Judge hearing this case will have the opportunity to view images of the chain wrapped around this dogs neck and the condition of the neck. Hard to imagine that someone owning a dog can be so brain dead as to not see that a chain wrapped around its neck is embedding itself into the flesh. Pure neglect.

  13. Maureen – please do the job you were hired to do and prosecute this uneducated piece of shit Emanuel Pizarro-Boria to the fullest extent allowed under Connecticut law. There is no room in today’s society for people like Emanuel who continue to abuse animals. Every living thing on Earth has a right to be here in their own right, without exposure to cruelty and murder at the hands of humans. Please, put this asshole behind bars!!

  14. Maria Lavorato says:

I am so grateful that Justice was saved. Please find him a happy forever home as he truly deserves to be safe and happy especially after all he has been through.

Emanuel Pizarro-Boria needs to be chained up until the chain collar is embedded into his flesh. Get it bastard!
He should not be allowed food in jail….just a chain around his neck until it has to be surgically removed. I am asking the judge to put himself in Justice’s place. Please make him accountable, to the maximum, so that it deters him from future animal cruelty!

  15. The law is not going to do anything to this jerk or anyone else. The law seems to be for we who abide by the law but not for those who abuse and break the law. The same is true for taxes. We poor people are for5ced to pay our taxes but not the rich. They have lawyers and ways out of paying even though they make so much money. This jerk needs to go to prison, actually he needs to be on the chain gang if there is still one. Not making an example shows how little our legal system, judges, DA’s, Prosecutors, and even jurors are involved in changing the way this type of person treats animals. This man needs to be placed in the colonial hand and head hold for a long amount of time. People walk by and throw rotten veggies or whatever at him as he is restrained. What fun for him!!!

  16. “Emanuel Pizarro-Boria was finally arrested after a four-month search and has been charged with animal cruelty, allowing the dog to freely roam, and not getting Justice a rabies shot.” NO MENTION OF THE CHAIN EMBEDDED IN HIS NECK???? I think that’s the lead on these charges! Lock him up, tie a metal chain around his neck & hang him!!

  17. Jacqueline Adams says:

Lock that vermin with animal lovers in prison or in a shed as this is a real punishment in chains.

  18. Heather Selah says:

This is just despicable for something like this to happen to the sweet dog shame on the person that did this. I hope they catch you and send you to jail for life, and once you get in prison, the people in there will take care of you you will not get out!

  19. Agree comments put this chain tight around this bastards neck and let it dig in till he dies. Execute him dont want people like this in the world not worth feeding and wasting taxpayers money. Eye for a eye.

  20. Cathy McCormick says:

Sickening and Disgusting! Animal abusers must be prosecuted to the fullest extent and thrown into prison to spend the remainder of their miserable life!
