Dog Allegedly Beaten With a Leather Belt Deserves Justice

Target: Mr. John J. Flynn, Erie County District Attorney in New York, United States

Goal: Take immediate action and ensure a thorough prosecution of Blake Hiligh and Zach Pilarcek for animal cruelty charges following their alleged mistreatment of a dog.

The Erie County District Attorney’s office has announced that two former University of Buffalo football players, Blake Hiligh and Zach Pilarcek, are facing charges of overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals, as well as a misdemeanor charge of failure to provide proper sustenance.

According to the attorney’s office, on the night of June 13, Hiligh and Pilarcek allegedly beat a dog under their care and custody with a leather belt. This abhorrent act of alleged cruelty occurred inside an apartment in the town of Amherst, New York, and a video of the alleged incident was shared on social media.

Animal cruelty is a grave offense that goes against ethical principles and the laws protecting the welfare of animals. The alleged actions of Hiligh and Pilarcek demonstrate a complete lack of empathy and disregard for the well-being of a defenseless animal. Demand immediate action.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Mr. John J. Flynn,

We, the undersigned, are writing to express our profound shock and outrage regarding the reported incident of animal cruelty involving Blake Hiligh and Zach Pilarcek, two former University of Buffalo football players. The alleged mistreatment of a dog under their care and custody is deeply distressing and demands swift and thorough legal action.

As the Erie County District Attorney, we implore you to prioritize this case and ensure a comprehensive investigation is conducted. It is imperative to gather all available evidence, interview witnesses, and present a strong case against Hiligh and Pilarcek for their alleged acts of animal cruelty.

The mistreatment of animals is not only a violation of ethical standards, but also a criminal offense. We urge you to prosecute Hiligh and Pilarcek to the fullest extent of the law if found guilty. It is crucial to send a clear message that acts of animal cruelty will not be tolerated within the jurisdiction of New York and it not only inflicts physical harm, but also reflects a disturbing mindset that poses a threat to society at large.

By taking decisive action in prosecuting Hiligh and Pilarcek, you will not only deliver justice for the innocent animal, but also demonstrate that New York prioritizes the well-being and protection of its vulnerable creatures.

Sincerely,

Apart from charging them with animal cruelty (max penalty), shame them too!

  2. These two are depraved and sadistic losers. They are willing to torture an animal and film and post it; that shows a total lack of moral compass and they will likely continue this type of behavior if immediate action isn’t taken to punish them and stop them from ever being able to have animal contact again. These are not the kind of people we need or want in our society.
