People that do things like this are not normal they are mentally unstable and should be dealt with as such. To force an innocent animal to suffer horribly to hurt the animal to the point of dying tells you all you need to know about the individual who should be the one locked in a jail cage for life, heavy fines, community service for life, never allowed to be around an animal ever again period!
