How insulting for the animal! Shame on your animal cruelty policies. What is the reason this individual was not placed in prison? Surely if people needed food there are places to go for a relatively inexpensive meal or a refuge wich will provide food for free. This barbaric behaviour needs to be addressed and needs to send a message this act of abuse in not acceptable. he act of showing this on social media, is for shock value or the person is saying “look what I have to do to eat”. Either way it is appalling. Implement stronger animal rights, They too are alive and can feel.
