There are also serious accusations of financial fraud involving significant sums of money intended for the care of these animals. This is very sad and unjust. Why are these people allowed to be in animal shelters when they cannot be trusted? India does not treat it’s people well so not surprising the animals suffer. In an ideal situation animal shelters should be moved to safer environments. This is very shameful of that society. They cannot care for their most vulnerable beings, the animals. Prosecute the offenders to the maximum and set an example for other monsters who are cruel to animals.
