Cleopatra Morgan has been arrested and charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, torturing/injuring/not feeding an animal, criminal possession of a weapon, and false impersonation. Morgan is a criminal. She is accountable. She should never own, work with, or be around any animals for the rest of her horrid life. She needs to pay for the medical expenses! No excuses or reasons why she can’t. Take her house, car, savings, to help pay for the cost of saving Rocket. His life will be one constant challenge thanks to her. Morgan caused all his pain and now his futile attempts to live a normal life. I am happy he is doing well but this is a tragedy which needed not to happen. She must be banned from animals, pay all expenses for Rocket, and hopefully will end up in prison as she doesn’t deserve to live in a society based on law and order to insure peace. She is a monster and must be treated as a monster.
That evil woman is a real life Cruella DeVil. She needs exterminating like the vermin she is, although rats are a lot nicer than she is!
