  1. I expect better in California. This is beyond any understanding. Who is accountable? I feel an investigation is in order. If this happened due to trash and animals trying to find food in such trash then I think the people isn charge need to face the legalities of the charge of 300 animals suffering under their watch. They need to be replaced, fired. I will watch to see what the story is as it unfolds.
