Demand Justice for Goat Allegedly Castrated With Cable Tie and Dehorned With Saw

Target: John Quigley, Attorney General of Western Australia

Goal: Ensure rigorous prosecution for the alleged torture of a young goat.

Recently, a deeply disturbing instance of alleged animal cruelty was discovered in Perth’s southeast. An RSPCA inspector visited a property after allegations surfaced concerning the welfare of a young goat. It’s reported that the animal had been subjected to horrific treatments, including an attempt at castration with a cable tie and dehorning with a saw, performed by a local man. These alleged acts were supposedly self-administered by the man who found instructions online and did not seek veterinary assistance.

This young goat allegedly endured extreme pain due to the makeshift castration, which led to necrosis, and suffered further from improperly cut horns that exposed sensitive tissues. The RSPCA inspector reportedly found the goat in a pitiful state, with visible wounds and signs of infection, necessitating emergency surgical intervention at the Animal Care Centre. Such alleged treatment not only violates basic ethical standards but also contravenes the Animal Welfare Act 2002.

The necessity for legal action becomes clear from the severity and alleged recklessness of these acts. Immediate and stringent legal measures are imperative to not only address this incident but also deter similar future acts of cruelty. Demand full enforcement of the law with the maximum penalty applicable under the Animal Welfare Act.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Attorney General John Quigley,

We are writing to bring your attention to an egregious case of alleged animal cruelty involving a young goat in Perth’s southeast. According to reports, a local man allegedly attempted to castrate and dehorn the goat using a cable tie and a saw, based on methods he found online without veterinary supervision. This alleged act resulted in severe pain, infection, and significant suffering for the animal, which was evident upon the RSPCA’s inspection and subsequent veterinary care.

The details of this alleged case are not only alarming but highlight a blatant disregard for animal welfare and the laws designed to protect animals from such cruelty. It is imperative that this matter be addressed with the seriousness it warrants. The young goat’s alleged suffering was evident through the physical signs of necrosis and infection, making a compelling case for your intervention.

We urge you to ensure that this case is prosecuted rigorously and that the individual responsible receives the maximum penalty under the law. Such actions should not go unpunished, and it is crucial that a strong message is sent to deter any similar future acts of cruelty.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

Perhaps there is too many instructional videos for this type of instruction to be allowed to the public. Sometimes people want to save money or that trip to the veterinarian, so,they feel confident enough to do it themselves. To save the painful agony one will put their animal through, go to the professionals and get it done properly. What a horrible ordeal this poor baby went through. This person was thoughtless and far from any animal respect.

  2. This man can read but he has no common sense. No one should be able to do this and live. This hurts! And I doubt he did this alone. Castrate this man in the same manner he did this goat. That must feel like hell. Let him feel the pain and not with medical assistance either. Let this turd suffer! This POS must have known better than to saw off horns. That also is tragically painful. This man has no right to breathe much less be given no punishment. I think he ought to be killed. What a horrid piece of garbage he is. Place a life log ban on him o keep him from ever owning, working with or being near animals for the rest of his miserable life.
