The accused, Douglas M Gomes, has been identified as a resident of Versova, Mumbai (India).

Seema Raval, upon learning of the abuse, diligently gathered evidence, including another video recorded on her cell phone when she reportedly observed Douglas M Gomes sexually abusing the dog again. She immediately sought police assistance by dialing the emergency helpline “103.”

  1. To allow this action to go without pertinent punishment of a severe nature is to allow an animal to suffer the indignities of a human. Humans are the lowest form of animal. This proves the statement true.

    A country is judged by the way they treat their animals.
