Target: James Robart, U.S. District Judge
Goal: Praise the U.S. Court of Appeals for officially blocking Trump’s Muslim ban.
President Trump’s Muslim immigration and travel ban has officially been rejected by the United States Court of Appeals. Ever since the ban was proposed, many petitions much like this one on ForceChange have circulated, and a temporary restraining order was even placed while the Court of Appeals awaited a formal challenge from the attorney general. The ban was hardly the first of Trump’s controversial moves, but it is the first one to be officially rejected by the Court of Appeals, much to the president’s outrage.
This is a victory we have sorely needed over the past few days; since the election and inauguration of Trump, many Americans have been feeling very pessimistic and fearing for their lives and their rights. To know that the Court of Appeals is on our side and is firmly against one of the president’s first acts of racism and xenophobia is very reassuring. We must encourage the Court of Appeals to keep up the fight against any more attempts to destroy what the country was built upon.
Muslims can breathe a little easier now, as they will be legally allowed to enter the United States without fearing for their lives. Sign this petition to thank the Court of Appeals for making this possible and to encourage them to continue ruling in favor of the people.
PETITION LETTER:
Dear Honorable Judge Robart,
For weeks, we have been fighting Trump’s attempt to lock Muslims out of this country, but thanks to you we can relax and celebrate the continuation of what this country was founded upon. Immigration has been the backbone of America for over a century, and you have preserved it with your rejection of Trump’s ban.
Thank you so much for doing the right thing, protecting innocent citizens from Trump’s xenophobia. America’s traditions of free speech, freedom of choice and welcoming other cultures is too important for a man like Donald Trump to destroy. We applaud your conviction in standing up to a man who has never had the country’s best interests at heart, and we hope you will continue to fight his agenda at every turn.
Sincerely,
[Your Name Here]

This is one time that “Mr. Entitled” didn’t get his way! He’s more than likely throwing a temper tantrum at this very moment.
I honestly wonder about the intelligence of the people who genuinely believe that this was about being racist. First of all, none of the morons who signed this objected to Obama doing it. So, it was OK for Obama to be racist! Then, no-one noticed that it was a blanket ban on all Muslims, just a couple of countries where the majority of terrorists have come from. And, it is only for a short period of time not a permanent ban.
Of course, if you don’t mind being shot or blown up then you can go to Syria and have it happen to you without innocent people being affected.
Personally, I prefer that the people who rape 5 year old girls and blow up children stay out of the country and that is my choice. I do not accept that these people trump my right to be safe or y neighbours’ right to be safe. Personally, if they take you out then perhaps the IQ may rise from minus figuresQ
I should add, the judges do not have the legal right to interfere with the Executive Order thereby damaging the Constitution!
if war in middle east is not over, please let them stay any longer until war is over with!
