Seek Justice for Two Dogs Allegedly Left to Starve to Death

Target: Jon Tunheim, Prosecuting Attorney for Thurston County, Washington

Goal: Prosecute and ensure justice for the tragic deaths of two dogs reportedly starved in an RV.

In Thurston County, a deeply disturbing incident has come to light, involving two dogs, Cody and Harvi, who reportedly suffered a prolonged and painful death due to neglect. The property owner reportedly discovered the dogs in a decaying state inside an RV, prompting an immediate 911 call. According to law enforcement, the scene was gruesome, with the dogs’ bodies reduced to mostly fur and bones, indicating a long period of starvation.

Further investigations reportedly revealed that the RV belonged to Rachelle Faythe-Nicole Pehl, who had stopped paying for its parking 18 months prior. Despite previous arrangements for the dogs’ care, they were reportedly left unattended to suffer in dire conditions. The dogs allegedly tried to escape, but their efforts were in vain, as evidenced by the damaged and bent blinds and their dull, damaged nails. This appalling situation reportedly led to their death from starvation, as confirmed by a veterinarian’s necropsy.

The alleged negligence displayed in this case not only ended the lives of two innocent animals but also highlights a severe lapse in responsibility and care. Prevent such occurrences in the future and to stand as a testament to our community’s commitment to justice and animal welfare.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Attorney Jon Tunheim,

We, a concerned community, urge immediate and decisive action regarding a heart-wrenching case of alleged animal cruelty that resulted in the deaths of two dogs, Cody and Harvi, reportedly due to starvation. This incident occurred in an RV parked in Thurston County, where the animals were reportedly found in a horrific state, indicating prolonged neglect and suffering.

The owner of the RV, Rachelle Faythe-Nicole Pehl, is accused of leaving these dogs unattended for an extended period, leading to their tragic demise. The details of this case, as investigated by local authorities, suggest a clear failure to provide the necessary care and protection these dogs deserved. It is crucial that this case be pursued with the utmost seriousness to uphold justice and demonstrate zero tolerance for such alleged acts of cruelty.

We implore you to take all necessary steps to ensure that the case against Ms. Pehl is robust and results in appropriate legal consequences. It is only through stringent legal action that we can hope to deter such alleged negligence and affirm our societal values of compassion and responsibility towards all living beings.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

Someone must have heard their cries and attempts to escape! What is the matter with people today? They do not seem to care any more. Too much internet! Surely someone could have alerted the authorities before these poor dogs starved to death, on a trailer park, surely with other trailers, the dogs MUST have been heard. No-one wants to bother these days. Those who merely looked the other way when they heard frantic cries from this trailer are just as guilty as the cruel bitch who left them locked up.

The RV wasn’t on a lot with others. It was parked on a vacant property in Littlerock with quite a bit of land between them and neighbors.
