Demand Justice for Dog Allegedly Dragged to Death

Target: Pramod Sawant, Chief Minister of Goa, India

Goal: Ensure a thorough investigation and consequences for the man who allegedly dragged a dog to death.

A horrifying case of alleged animal cruelty has surfaced in India’s Goa, where Ashok Panhalkar has been arrested for allegedly dragging a dog behind his two-wheeler for several kilometers, leading to the animal’s death. The incident came to light after a video of the reported act went viral on social media, prompting public outrage and a police investigation. After allegedly killing the dog, Panhalkar reportedly dumped the animal’s carcass on the roadside.

This suspected act of cruelty highlights the urgent need for justice under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. The suffering endured by the dog in its final moments is both heartbreaking and inexcusable, and it is essential that the Director General of Police, Goa, ensures a thorough investigation and strong legal action against Panhalkar. Prosecute this case to the fullest extent of the law.

  1. Kill the man involved in this dirty, deadly, deed. I wish the man could be dragged to his death. He should be. He needs to suffer the pain, the fear and the agony of such a fate for the rest of his loathsome life.
India does nothing. India admires men. But it’s the men doing all the damage and all the harm. It’s the men who need to be punished. But India does nothing. India observes all men are gods and all other living beings are under men. It’s a more Western country now and the past respect for life and spirituality is dead.
