I cam glad Bullet will recover from this abuse. We don’t know what type of abuse. Any abuse of an animal should never occur. It’s teens again. This may be a sexual video. We are no told the whole story. I feel teens do much harm and I also feel the parents need to be involved. Parents are responsible for their kids. Demand the parents of both kids come to court. This is a first time offense but there should not be mercy. If it is too easy then the people involved won’t learn anything. All medical fees must be paid by those who did the damage. No money? Put a lean on their houses, take their bank accounts, put the kids to work so they have fewer hours to get into trouble. Make these dumb kids know they hurt an innocent being and hopefully it won’t be tolerated.
