Who you are and where you live means nothing. Your actions mean everything. A boy abandoned his dog to save the puppy from his father’s intense anger. The father is mentally ill and should not be living in society. No one needs to be freely walking the streets when they are abusers. This father is a monster! I feel he should feel what his actions feel like to a small, innocent, dog. Have at least 5 grown men walk a mile beside this monster and have them kick the crap out of this man all the way to the end of the punishment. Hard, kick this bastard hard so the crap flies out of him and he will know how he makes others feel. Then maybe he will do us all a favor and kill himself.
