Put this monster and those watching in prison for a few days with the hard core criminals to show what a life of crime will result in. These useless people should not be considered children since children suggest innocence and these monsters are criminals in the making. Punish them and make them do community service by picking up litter in the streets and cleaning toilets and floors in shelters. These monsters need life lessons.

These psychopathic kids can’t be fixed, but normal kids could benefit from the class.
These students are future criminals. They are future killers. Some smog these students need professional help as they are mentally ill. Andy kid who would do this to an innocent animal is sick and possibly beyond help. In the investigation bring in the parents. Parents are aware 99% of the time when their kid needs help yet the parents are too busy to help. Get Abbott to do something but I think he only harms immigrants. These kids were born here and are not immigrants. I want to read what the law does about this horrid crime. The kids must be punished along with their parents. Beat them, throw stones at the kids and allow them to feel how much their laughter and entertainment hurt this family dog! These kids deserve no kindness. They deserve what they gave!
