Justice for Poodles Allegedly Abandoned Twice by Owner

Target: Lee One-seok, Prosecutor General of South Korea

Goal: Ensure legal consequences for the individual allegedly responsible for the cruel abandonment and suspected abuse of two dogs, protecting animal welfare.

In a disturbing series of events, an owner in South Chungcheong Province allegedly abandoned a poodle and a Maltese poodle, not once but twice, in a single week. This alleged neglect began on January 10th, when the dogs were reportedly left unattended outside a convenience store in Seobuk-gu, Cheonan. Fortuitously, they were rescued and returned to their owner, but heartbreakingly, the owner reportedly abandoned them again mere hours later. This time, the dogs were found at a university in Asan, sparking outrage among animal rights activists and the community.

Further compounding this cruel act, there’s suspicion that the owner gruesomely removed a microchip from the poodle, as evidenced by a fresh scar. This act of suspected mutilation, coupled with the apparent abandonment, paints a harrowing picture of neglect and abuse. These allegations, if confirmed, represent a blatant violation of South Korea’s Animal Protection Act, which clearly prohibits such heinous acts against animals. The local animal rights group, Dong I, has taken custody of the dogs and plans to confirm these suspicions through testing.

This petition implores the Prosecutor of South Chungcheong Province to take immediate action against the individual allegedly responsible for these cruel acts. The alleged abandonment and suspected abuse of these innocent animals cannot go unpunished. Demand a thorough investigation and, if found guilty, strict enforcement of the legal penalties stipulated under South Korea’s Animal Protection Act

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Lee One-seok,

I write to you today as an advocate for animal welfare, deeply disturbed by recent events in your jurisdiction involving the alleged cruel treatment of two dogs. Reportedly, a poodle and a Maltese poodle were abandoned twice in a span of one week by their owner, a series of events that has caused considerable public distress and outcry. These acts, if true, not only showcase a blatant disregard for animal life but also potentially violate South Korea’s Animal Protection Act. The first alleged abandonment occurred outside a convenience store in Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, and the second at a university in Asan, mere hours after the dogs were returned to their owner.

Additionally, there is a disturbing suspicion that the owner may have removed a microchip from the poodle, as evidenced by a fresh scar. This suspected act of mutilation is particularly distressing and highlights the urgent need for legal intervention. The local animal rights group, Dong I, which now cares for these animals, intends to conduct tests to confirm this suspicion. Their findings could be crucial in establishing the full extent of the alleged wrongdoing.

I urge you to take swift and decisive action in this matter. The allegations of repeated abandonment and suspected abuse of these dogs demand a thorough investigation. If these allegations are substantiated, I implore you to apply the full extent of legal penalties available under the Animal Protection Act. This case not only concerns the welfare of two innocent animals but also serves as a critical test of our society’s commitment to protecting those who cannot defend themselves.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

Why don’t the authorities throw this worthless pos in jail for what he did to these dogs?! He’s a monster who doesn’t deserve to walk free.
