Dogs Found Dead With Chemical Foam: Find and Prosecute the Poisoner

Target: Jauteh Dikun, Commissioner of Police, Sabah, Malaysia

Goal: Identify and prosecute whoever poisoned multiple community dogs with chemical-laced food placed near public feeding areas.

Multiple community dogs were found dead near communal waste bins at the Telipok Ria housing estate. Their bodies showed disturbing signs of industrial chemical poisoning, including thick chemical foam around their mouths and noses. Animal welfare volunteers searching the area also discovered laced food scraps placed near established public feeding zones.

No suspect has been identified. Residents filed a formal police complaint, but the absence of functioning security cameras has hindered the investigation. The circumstances have also left local pet owners fearful that other animals could be targeted. With the perpetrator still unknown, contaminated food left in accessible public areas could pose a continuing danger to community dogs, companion animals and wildlife.

Without CCTV footage, investigators will need to pursue other evidence. Toxicology testing could identify the chemical used, while witness interviews, nearby private surveillance systems and vehicle recordings could help reconstruct activity around the feeding areas. Authorities must identify whoever poisoned these dogs and pursue appropriate prosecution if the evidence establishes criminal responsibility.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Commissioner Dikun,

Multiple community dogs were discovered dead near waste bins at the Telipok Ria housing estate. Thick chemical foam was visible around their mouths and noses. Animal welfare volunteers subsequently found laced food scraps near locations where community dogs were regularly fed.

No perpetrator has been identified, and the lack of functioning security cameras has complicated the investigation. However, other avenues remain. Forensic examination of the food, toxicology testing, witness interviews and footage from nearby private cameras or vehicles could provide crucial evidence. Investigators should also determine whether additional contaminated bait remains in the neighborhood.

Please ensure that police thoroughly investigate these deaths and take reasonable steps to protect other animals from further poisoning. Identify the person who placed the contaminated food and determine whether these deaths resulted from deliberate poisoning. If the evidence establishes criminal wrongdoing, pursue appropriate charges and penalties under applicable Malaysian law. Community animals should not face agonizing deaths from poisoned food placed where they ordinarily come to feed.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]
