Officers reportedly found multiple dogs confined two or three to a cage and further discovered the remains of deceased dogs inside the residence. Authorities also reported observations of serious physical decline among surviving animals, including one dog that became trapped while attempting to escape through a window. Investigators arrested a property manager and filed criminal charges alleging prohibited conduct involving companion animals. Surviving dogs were removed and transferred for veterinary treatment and trauma-related care. No court has issued findings of liability and no penalties have been imposed.
