People like this are not sane they must be locked up to undergo a lengthy mental health evaluation.To enjoy torturing any animal and then to put it online is sick and must be taken very seriously! This twisted individual must be taken out of society away from innocent people you just never know how far people like this will go it’s happened before this is how it starts hurting torturing animals moving on to children and adults!
