Disturbing footage shows a six-month-old bully-type puppy named Ice being kicked in the head three times before a foot was pressed onto his skull. The dog is seen cowering against a fence on a lead with no escape. The individual pleaded guilty to causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal yet was spared jail and received an eight-year ban from owning animals with community-based sanctions. This outcome has alarmed many who believe violent acts against defenseless animals warrant stronger consequences.
Theinspector who liaised with police described the puppy’s visible fear and the pain inflicted. A veterinarian concluded Ice suffered psychological distress consistent with fear and trauma. While no major physical wounds were recorded, the violence captured on CCTV is stark. The assault was brief yet brutal. The pup’s body language suggested prior fear which raises serious welfare concerns.
A clear message is needed. Where evidence includes video of deliberate blows and restraint by force, prosecutors should press for the severest lawful penalties, robust post-conviction conditions, and long-term bans that actually protect future animals. This petition urges the CPS London North leadership to review charging and sentencing submissions in such cases, to seek tough measures within the guidelines, and to support mandatory behavior intervention so similar cruelty is not repeated.

How did he ever get a a six month old bully breed in a country that bans them. This needs some serious investigation as to where that puppy came from, and whose breeding them for what purpose. Also this person and anyone caught on camera abusing animals should end up rotting in jail.

Just have a look at the name of the person this petition is addressed to. These folk do not consider animals to be anything but vermin. In fact in India dogs are eaten so cruelty towards them is not just common place but is entirely legal. The UK is now mostly foreign and we are slowly losing our identity, ethics and moral codes thanks to the hordes of illegal immigrants who now control our laws and care nothing for pets.
