This behavior is a precursor for serial killers! Do not take this horrific and particularly disturbing action lightly. Today it was a defenseless cat. Tomorrow it could be a child, elderly person, disabled person or other innocent being. Please prosecute this crime to the fullest extent possible.

This piece of rubbish (driver) should not only lose his job but be jailed. We had a case in Australia of a truck driver (Ivan Milat) who picked up young backpackers and killed them.
