Two Kittens Reportedly Bound, Cut Open and Burned: Demand Zero Tolerance

Target: Stephen Parkinson, Director of Public Prosecutions, Crown Prosecution Service, England and Wales

Goal: Seek the strongest lawful penalties—including lifetime animal-ownership bans and mandated treatment—for the teens who reportedly tortured, disembowelled, and burned two kittens, and ensure aggressive prosecution of any linked offenders.

Authorities reportedly uncovered one of the most harrowing cases of animal cruelty described in recent memory: two kittens were allegedly found with ropes around them, their bodies cut open, and their skin and fur burned. As reported, knives, blowtorches, and scissors were recovered nearby, and the teens involved admitted to harming the animals. Notes reportedly found on a phone referenced violent fantasies and online searches about evading murder charges—deeply alarming details that, according to coverage, underscore apparent premeditation and a desire to cause suffering.

Additional reports indicate these acts were planned and sadistic, with one teen reputedly downloading violent images of kittens before the abuse. This case also reportedly connects to broader concerns: authorities are examining whether the teens were part of an online group that shares animal torture content. At the same time, the RSPCA has reported a rise in cat cruelty incidents, suggesting a disturbing trend that demands a strong, public response and rigorous enforcement.

A crystal-clear message is needed: deliberately tormenting and killing animals will be met with the maximum consequences the law allows. Prosecutors should seek lifetime bans on animal ownership, mental-health evaluations and treatment, and robust custodial terms when justified—especially where conduct is premeditated and extreme. The prosecution should also pursue any additional suspects connected to circulating or participating in such content. Sign below to urge the CPS to continue treating this case—and any related cases—with zero tolerance and to press for the strongest appropriate penalties.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Director Parkinson,

Reports describe a shocking incident in which two kittens were bound with ropes, cut open, and burned, with knives and blowtorches recovered at the scene. The teens involved, as reported, admitted harming the animals, and phone notes allegedly revealed violent ideation and searches about avoiding detection—details that suggest apparent planning and extreme cruelty.

This conduct, as described, is not only devastating for the victims but also a red flag for future violence. Authorities are investigating whether others are linked through online communities that circulate animal torture content, amplifying the urgency for a resolute prosecutorial stance. At the same time, the RSPCA has reported rising cases of cat cruelty, highlighting a broader pattern that requires firm, consistent action.

We respectfully urge the Crown Prosecution Service to seek the strongest lawful penalties available in this matter and any related prosecutions: lifetime disqualification from owning or keeping animals, mandatory psychological evaluation and treatment, and robust custodial terms where appropriate. We further ask that prosecutors aggressively pursue any additional offenders implicated by digital evidence and request court orders that restrict online access to animal-abuse material. A vigorous, visible response will help protect vulnerable animals and deter future acts of cruelty.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

Maybe somebody should speak to their parents cause the Apple does not fall too far from the tree. These teenagers are sick fucks who need to be punished so fucking severely. It makes me sick. I can’t comprehend what these poor little things went through fucking bastards.

  4. What more evidence do you need these are evil monsters not human beings! To get enjoyment out of these sick sadistic twisted brutal acts of pain and suffering deserves to be locked up in solitary confinement to sit and rot and think about the torturous acts committed on these poor trusting vulnerable innocent little kittens for many years to come! Force them to eat the rats crawling around that prison let them constantly look over their shoulder in fear of home town justice coming their way. Rest in Peace little ones God bless you both 🙏🕊🐾💞🐾🪷🦋

Don’t give a tiny rats ass if they are teens. They only understand suffering..that’s what makes them happy. MAKE IT CRYSTAL CLEAR TO ALL that such heinous acts will have heinous consequences. They cannot be trusted to roam free NOR DO THEY DESERVE TO! In my eyes they have relinquished any chance at freedom and a happy life.

“This case also reportedly connects to broader concerns: authorities are examining whether the teens were part of an online group that shares animal torture content.”

This case must be investigated fully with additional resources dedicated. All who participated in these heinous acts must be tracked down and receive punishment that matches the extreme severity of the crimes highlighting the danger these individuals pose to animals and society.

  7. AGREE all comments, cut this fuckers balls off burn alive.

  8. Sick bastards – they AND their parents should be charged and these kids should be punished as aults and seriously.

But also – people need to keep their cats INDOORS. It used to be only that roaming cats prey on wildlife, so for that alone it makes sense. But now that crazy people are doing such violent harm to them, it’s simple common sense to keep your pets safe indoors.

  12. These 2 abominations are in their late teens, they are not children. They live in an affluent area of London called Ruislip and have wealthy parents, they are not the result of a deprived upbringing they are the result of depraved parenting. They are boyfriend and girlfriend who share an evil sickness that no amount of therapy will ever cure. Best place for them is in hell.
