Given the increase in frequency, severity, and perversion of crimes against animals — crimes often ignored or treated as misdemeanors — it is high time that a specialized department of animal crimes investigation be created within the FBI. Courts, both state and federal, should also have dedicated departments for such cases, which must be taken as seriously as any felony against humans. And every state should have a permanent registry of animal offenders with lasting consequences, like never being able to keep or work with animals, for starters. … Never forget that cruelty to animals is always a precursor to crimes against humans!

The 19 year old accused (NAIMA ARMANI) should be sentenced to surgical FGM in case she starts breeding babies from herself.
