I’m so sorry this innocent dog was tortured to death. What these two slimy, snakes did to this fur baby is depraved and unacceptable. They shouldn’t have been able to get out on bond. They need to be severely punished. RIP Whisper and I hope you get justice.

If the courts lets these perps get away with this, their credibility is totally lost. I don’t have much faith in Red State law enforcement, but due to the lack of concern for lives other than human, there’s going to be more and more of this cruelty.
