Anyone who inflicts harm to animals is your next serial killer in the making. I find it totally unacceptable to know these mentally deranged low life’s are let out with minimal consequences. Our government and weak judges allow this to continue. How pathetic?

I looked it up. It happened in Cynthiana Kentucky. The poor dog was brought to Harrison County Flora Shropshire Animal Shelter in excruciating pain and was euthanized. Found in a roadside ditch near Harridon Memorial Hospital on Old Lair Road. The names of these disgusting excuses for human beings are JAMES MAGGARD and MADISON SMITH ( a girl!). Both 19 years old. They were released from Bourbon County Regional Jail on $1500 bond each.
Did you ever see the movie- the Star Chamber? About a group that executes criminals who are acquitted by the criminal justice system. There should be an undercover group that meets out justice for these criminals who will not see adequate punishment.
