Demand Justice for Kitten Reportedly Found With Multiple Skull Fractures

Target: Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, Texas

Goal: Ensure full prosecution of individuals reportedly responsible for causing traumatic injuries to pets like Rufus.

An abused kitten named Rufus was reportedly found with severe head trauma, including multiple skull fractures and traumatic brain injury. These injuries suggest a deeply troubling case of animal cruelty that requires urgent attention.

According to reports, Rufus was rescued by the Houston Humane Society’s forensic department, which specializes in treating abused animals and gathering evidence to prosecute abusers. The forensic veterinarian involved indicated that such severe cases are all too common, with many animals reportedly suffering from neglect, environmental hazards, and physical abuse.

To prevent future instances of such cruelty, it is imperative that those reportedly responsible for abusing animals like Rufus are thoroughly investigated and fully prosecuted. Strong legal action will not only bring justice for the victims but also serve as a deterrent to potential abusers. Demand that authorities take decisive steps to uphold animal welfare laws and protect vulnerable pets from harm.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg,

We are deeply concerned about reports of severe animal abuse cases in our community, particularly involving a kitten named Rufus who was reportedly found with multiple skull fractures and traumatic brain injury. Such distressing incidents highlight a serious problem that requires immediate legal attention.

The Houston Humane Society’s forensic department has reportedly been treating numerous animals suffering from extreme neglect and physical abuse. These cases, including Rufus’s, suggest that individuals are causing significant harm to innocent pets, undermining community values and animal welfare laws.

We urge your office to thoroughly investigate these reports and to fully prosecute those reportedly responsible for such severe animal abuse. Taking strong legal action will demonstrate a commitment to justice, deter future cruelty, and help protect vulnerable animals in our community. Please consider the gravity of this situation and act to ensure that justice is served.

Sincerely,

  1. I hope I am wrong but teens are probably doing this grave harm. Teens often pick on those they feel no one would care about to do their miserable violent abuse on. Teens are abusers. Now the parents must be brought into the equation. These injuries need attention and medical attention is mostly. The tax payer does not want to pay for monster teens abuse. The parents must be held responsible as well as the teen. Sell their house, take their savings accounts, cars, everything which can be sold so the medical costs are covered by the ones doing the damage. If the teens are mentally ill then place them in an institution for life but keep them out of society.
