Demand Justice for Animals Reportedly Found Dead and Decomposing in Crates Next to Living Pets

Target: Commonwealth’s Attorney Buta Biberaj

Goal: Prosecute and seek maximum penalties against the individual allegedly responsible for the death and neglect of multiple animals found in deplorable conditions.

Five dead dogs were allegedly found decomposing in crates adjacent to living animals at a property linked to a dog training facility. Nineteen other dogs and six cats were reportedly discovered living in unsafe and unhealthy conditions, confined in crates with several inches of litter and feces, without access to food or potable water.

Humane law enforcement officers described the conditions as “extreme,” noting urine and feces throughout the home. The owner of the property was charged with multiple counts of animal cruelty and faces possible prison time and fines. It was also reported that she was fostering animals for a poodle rescue organization, raising concerns about the extent of the alleged mistreatment.

Such severe alleged neglect and cruelty toward defenseless animals cannot be tolerated. Full legal action must be taken to ensure justice for the animals and to prevent future incidents of this nature. Demand that the Commonwealth’s Attorney prosecutes this case to the fullest extent of the law and seeks the maximum penalties available.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Commonwealth’s Attorney Buta Biberaj,

We are deeply concerned about the case involving the alleged discovery of five dead dogs decomposing in crates alongside living animals in reportedly deplorable conditions. Nineteen other dogs and six cats were allegedly found confined without access to food or potable water, living in several inches of litter and feces.

The conditions described by humane law enforcement officers are extremely disturbing and indicate severe neglect and cruelty. The fact that the property was linked to a dog training business and that animals were allegedly fostered for a rescue organization raises serious concerns about the welfare of these animals.

We urge you to prosecute this case to the fullest extent of the law and seek the maximum penalties available. Taking strong legal action will not only provide justice for the animals who suffered but also serve as a deterrent to prevent future acts of animal cruelty in our community.

Sincerely,
[Your Name Here]
