Punish Woman Who Allegedly Tried to Neuter Dog With Rubber Bands

Target: David T. Evert, Williams County State’s Attorney, North Dakota

Goal: Ensure justice for a dog allegedly neutered with rubber bands and advocate for stricter punishment for animal cruelty offenses.

A horrific case of animal cruelty has surfaced in Williston, North Dakota, where Ruth Stevens is accused of attempting to neuter a Chihuahua by using rubber bands. The alleged incident occurred when a distressed Chihuahua was found outside a local business. Upon investigation, authorities reportedly discovered seven rubber bands wrapped around the dog’s testicles, which caused the animal significant pain and distress. The dog was immediately taken to a veterinarian, who performed an emergency surgical neutering to prevent further harm.

According to reports, Stevens admitted to using rubber bands to attempt the neutering procedure, stating that she had used Google to research it and was not concerned about causing pain to the animal. This alleged act, which could have resulted in severe injury or death, reflects an apparent disregard for the well-being of the dog.

Stevens has been charged with felony animal cruelty and faces a potential sentence of up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Justice must be served in this case to prevent such cruelty from happening again and to send a strong message that animal abuse will not be tolerated. Take immediate action.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Williams County State’s Attorney David T. Evert,

I am writing to express my deep concern over an alleged case of animal cruelty in Williston, North Dakota, where Ruth Stevens has been charged with attempting to neuter a Chihuahua using rubber bands. This allegedly cruel act caused the dog severe pain and distress, and could have resulted in serious injury or death had the animal not been rescued in time.

According to reports, Stevens admitted to using rubber bands for the procedure after researching it on the internet and showed a disturbing lack of concern for the animal’s well-being. This kind of alleged cruelty is unacceptable and must be met with the full force of the law to ensure that justice is served and to deter others from engaging in such heartless behavior.

As the State Attorney for Williams County, I urge you to seek the maximum penalties allowed under the law to hold Ruth Stevens accountable for her alleged actions. This case violates North Dakota’s animal cruelty laws and is an affront to the compassion and care that animals deserve. Strong legal consequences are crucial to protecting animals from further abuse and neglect.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

Remember who has the diploma, a veterinarian … not google!
What was this individual thinking? The need of accountability needs to assured. Serious prison time is a start along with teaching her responsibility towards your pet.
