Justice for Puppy Allegedly Killed During Violent Outburst

Target: Mike Hagedorn, District Attorney of Eau Claire County, Wisconsin

Goal: Ensure man faces the maximum legal consequences for allegedly leaving puppy with lethal injuries.

A deeply disturbing case of alleged animal cruelty has surfaced in Eau Claire, where Chad Nylen stands accused of killing a defenseless puppy. The incident came to light when a concerned neighbor, alarmed by the sounds of the puppy’s distress, contacted the authorities. According to the neighbor, she heard Nylen shout, “no Jason!” followed by the puppy’s agonized yelps. The puppy, suffering from numerous injuries, tragically died soon after.

When questioned, Nylen claimed that the puppy’s death was an accident, asserting that the young dog had run under a large paving stone just as he was dropping it. However, given Nylen’s history of erratic behavior—including a recent arrest involving running into traffic with a machete and knife while allegedly under the influence of meth—this explanation has raised serious concerns.

This case is not just an isolated incident but seems to be part of a troubling pattern of behavior that demands scrutiny. The death of the puppy, under such questionable circumstances, is a grave injustice that must not be overlooked. Nylen’s alleged actions, if proven to be deliberate, demonstrate a shocking disregard for life and a propensity for violence that could extend to other animals—or even people—in the future.

It is imperative that the Eau Claire County District Attorney’s office pursues this case with the utmost seriousness. Justice for the innocent life lost in this tragic incident is essential, not only to honor the memory of the puppy but also to send a clear message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated. Ensure that Nylen is held accountable for his alleged actions to protect other animals from potential harm.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Mike Hagedorn,

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent case involving Chad Nylen, who has been charged with mistreating an animal resulting in death. The circumstances surrounding the death of this innocent puppy are deeply troubling, and the fact that this incident follows a pattern of concerning behavior from Mr. Nylen only heightens the urgency for justice.

According to reports, a neighbor heard the puppy’s distressing cries after Nylen allegedly yelled out “no Jason!” The puppy was later found with numerous injuries and, tragically, did not survive. While Nylen claims the puppy’s death was an accident, his explanation is difficult to accept given his history, including a recent incident where he was arrested for running into traffic with a machete and knife while reportedly under the influence of meth.

This case demands a thorough investigation and the strictest legal consequences if Nylen is found guilty. The life of this defenseless puppy appears to have been cruelly taken, and it is essential that justice is served not only to honor the memory of the puppy but also to prevent further harm to other animals or individuals.

I urge you to take this case seriously and ensure that Mr. Nylen faces the maximum legal penalties for his alleged actions. It is crucial that we send a strong message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated in our community.

Sincerely,
