Over 100 Farm Animals Allegedly Neglected to Death Deserve Justice

Target: Matthew D. Weintraub, Bucks County District Attorney, Pennsylvania

Goal: Ensure the Bucks County District Attorney prosecutes Abigail O’Keefe for alleged animal cruelty and neglect to the fullest extent of the law and implement stricter regulations to prevent animal abuse in the future.

The Bucks County SPCA (BCSPCA) rescued over 100 farm animals from Narrow Way Farm in Newtown, Pennsylvania, following numerous reports of suspected animal neglect. The investigation reported animals living in filthy conditions, suffering from malnutrition, and plagued by diseases due to poor diet and heavy parasite loads. The farm’s owner, Abigail O’Keefe, reportedly left the country without confirming her return, leaving the animals to suffer.

The BCSPCA, in collaboration with Newtown Township police, executed a warrant to remove the animals and began immediate medical treatment for the sickest ones. Many of the animals apparently had contagious conditions like foot scald and respiratory issues. The rescue operation reportedly revealed dead animals on the property, and caretakers reported that young animals were dying suddenly.

The situation underscores the urgent need for stricter enforcement of animal welfare laws and harsher penalties for those who neglect and abuse animals. Abigail O’Keefe must be held accountable for the alleged cruelty, and measures should be taken to ensure such incidents do not recur. Take immediate action.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear DA Matthew D. Weintraub,

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent case of suspected animal neglect at Narrow Way Farm in Newtown, where over 100 farm animals were apparently found in deplorable conditions. The investigation conducted by the Bucks County SPCA revealed a shocking level of neglect, with animals seemingly suffering from malnutrition, heavy parasite loads, and contagious diseases.

The farm’s owner, Abigail O’Keefe, allegedly abandoned the animals and left the country, leaving them to suffer without proper care. This apparent disregard for animal welfare is unacceptable and must be addressed with the full force of the law.

I urge you to prosecute Abigail O’Keefe to the fullest extent for the alleged animal cruelty and neglect. It is crucial to send a strong message that such inhumane treatment of animals will not be tolerated in our community. Additionally, I request that you consider implementing stricter regulations and oversight to prevent similar cases of animal abuse.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. Something must be done as this lady isn’t in her right mind. Would she want to be left, for who knows how long, without anyone to feed her or care for her is she were an animals. She knows the answer but chose not go give a damn. These animals really suffered. I feel she should suffer as well. But we are rational people and will allow the law to let her off. This is an example of why people hate the law and lawyers. Nothing is done but many words are spoken to no effect and with hallow meaning. This woman needs a mental evaluation. She might need placed in a mental hospital. She does need a lifetime ban to never own, work with, or be around animals for life.

  2. FYI..Matt Weintraub isn’t the DA anymore, It’s Jennifer Schorn. Weintraub is now a Court of Common Pleas judge.
