7 Dogs Found Reportedly Living in Feces and Flea Infested Home Deserve Justice

Target: Douglas County District Attorney

Goal: Ensure homeowner faces maximum legal punishment for allegedly causing seven dogs to live in home filled with feces, fleas, and filth.

A heart-wrenching case of alleged animal neglect has been discovered in Valley, Nebraska. Police, acting on a tip, obtained a search warrant to investigate the living conditions for several dogs in a local residence. Upon entry, they found seven dogs living in deplorable conditions, with feces scattered throughout the house and an overwhelming smell of neglect permeating the environment.

The dogs were reportedly infested with fleas, causing severe discomfort and health issues. The Valley Police Chief, Bobby Martinez, reportedly noted that the animals were not receiving proper medical care and were living in unsanitary conditions without kennels, allowing them to roam and soil the house at will. This level of apparently neglect necessitated immediate action to rescue the dogs and ensure they received the care they desperately needed.

The homeowner faces seven felony counts of neglect, as well as citations for not having pet licenses and housing too many dogs within city limits. The rescued dogs have been taken by the Dodge County Humane Society. This alleged neglect calls for swift legal action to hold the owner accountable.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Douglas County District Attorney,

The recent discovery of apparently severe animal neglect in Valley, Nebraska, has brought to light deeply troubling allegations. Police and Humane Society rescuers reportedly found seven dogs living in deplorable conditions, infested with fleas, and deprived of proper medical care. The reported state of the house, with feces scattered throughout and an overwhelming stench, highlighted the apparently severe neglect these animals endured.

The dogs were reportedly found without kennels, allowed to roam freely in the unsanitary environment, exacerbating their suffering. The Valley Police Chief, Bobby Martinez, described the scene as one of the worst he had ever encountered. Such conditions are unacceptable and demonstrate a shocking disregard for animal welfare.

We urge your office to pursue the maximum legal punishment for the owner, who faces seven felony counts of neglect. Ensuring accountability in this case is crucial to sending a clear message that neglect and cruelty will not be tolerated. It is imperative to protect the welfare of these animals and uphold the values of humane treatment within our community.

Sincerely,
[Your Name Here]

  1. Actually this home owner is Satan! He needs to live n that house for 7 months. No help, jo food, no toilet paper! He wold die a painful death. He deserves to die a painful death for what he did to those animals. Animals feel pain and they feel love. Humans are the lowest form of animal and this man is a good example of how low humans can go. I wish we had laws which we could enforce to prohibit anyone doing anything as cruel as what this man did. He should have to pay for all medical expenses and he needs to be banned from owning, working with or even being near animals again for the resist of his stinking life. He doesn’t deserve their love and affection.
