Punish People Accused of Selling Puppies in Extreme Heat on Beach

Target: Hon. Amira Fox, State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit, Florida

Goal: Demand strict legal action against Earnest Augustin, Mariel Palominoca Campos, and Yuniesky Campos Hartman and implement measures to prevent future incidents of animal cruelty.

In a disturbing incident in Naples, Florida, three individuals were arrested for allegedly attempting to sell puppies on the beach in extreme heat, subjecting the animals to severe conditions. Earnest Augustin, 38, Mariel Palominoca Campos, 23, and Yuniesky Campos Hartman, 42, were taken into custody following a report of a city ordinance violation related to dogs on a beach and animal cruelty.

When officers from the Naples Police Department arrived, they allegedly discovered the trio pulling a cart containing several small puppies. The puppies were reportedly covered with a blanket, depriving them of fresh air. The extreme heat, with a heat index reaching nearly 110 degrees, apparently left two puppies showing signs of heat exhaustion, including shallow breathing and near unresponsiveness.

The puppies were immediately taken into custody, provided with water, and placed in an air-conditioned environment to relieve the heat stress. They were then handed over to Collier County Domesticated Animal Services for a thorough medical evaluation.

According to authorities, the trio deprived the puppies of necessary sustenance or shelter in a cruel manner. Despite having the opportunity to provide water or shaded shelter, it seems none of the suspects did so. Take decisive legal action to prevent such inhumane treatment of animals in the future.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Hon. Amira Fox,

I am writing to express my deep concern and outrage over the recent incident in Naples, Florida, where three individuals were allegedly found attempting to sell puppies on the beach in extreme heat. The puppies were reportedly deprived of fresh air, water, and proper shelter, leading to severe distress and symptoms of heat exhaustion.

The Naples Police Department arrested Earnest Augustin, Mariel Palominoca Campos, and Yuniesky Campos Hartman on charges of animal cruelty. The actions of these individuals, as reported, demonstrate a blatant disregard for the well-being of these vulnerable animals. The puppies, subjected to nearly 110-degree heat, were allegedly found in critical condition, with two showing signs of severe heat stress.

This case highlights the urgent need for strict enforcement of animal welfare laws and the implementation of measures to prevent such incidents in the future. The alleged inhumane treatment of these puppies is unacceptable, and those responsible must be held accountable to ensure justice and prevent further cruelty.

I urge you to take immediate and stringent legal action against Earnest Augustin, Mariel Palominoca Campos, and Yuniesky Campos Hartman. Their actions have apparently caused immense suffering to these innocent animals, and it is crucial to send a strong message that such cruelty will not be tolerated.

Your prompt and decisive action in this matter is essential to safeguarding the welfare of these animals and upholding the principles of justice and compassion in our community.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. These three men are disgusting. There are no words for them. All three need to face the law but our legal system is broken. These men should be set outside in the extreme heat, covered in blankets and no water at all. Nothing, as these creeps deserve nothing. These jerks will walk away but they need to have a rule to never own, work with or even be near any animals for the rest of their lives. They do not know how to treat animals and honestly animals are too good for such scum. There are no excuses and no reasons and I can imagine this is not the first time these shits have done this.

  2. Heartless cruel trios exploit animals for money. Punish them good and proper so that they will think twice before putting innocent precious lives at risk again.
