What was the reason behind the absence of helping this poor animal while onlookers simply watched? I do not understand these people that just stand there and not do anything it is shameful!
This individual needs to be found and prosecuted to the highest extent. I don’t care the accused is a youth. He knew very well what he was doing. Where did he learn such brutal behaviour against another living being? He needs to understand this is not acceptable and deserves jail time and not community service.

Beating an innocent animal like this how about he gets put in prison with the worst of the worse to get some home town justice served up if you’ve got one or take him out back put him in a sack and have a crowd of people beat the hell out of him!
