Throw this scum Justin Smith in jail, give him 3 strokes of the cane every month for brutally abusing animals, hurt him so bad until he stops his cruel inhumane acts towards these beautiful creatures of God.

  2. Jo Alberson says:

You sorry piece of shit i hope you go to prison and someone beats the shit out of you with a metal pipe, you are not worthy to be called a human being, you are blow the scum on this earth.

  3. Swift and severe consequences are our only hope of putting the brakes on crap like this. Smith is a sadistic psycho and he will not stop abusing animals or moving on to humans, unless he is stopped right now. He should be jailed, fined heavily and given a lifetime ban on any type of animal contact. Attacking and brutalizing a defenseless dog warrants the absolute most punishment allowable. Then, ship him to a desert island and leave him, America does not need freaks like this.
