I really pity and pray for this helpless pet dog, hopefully he/she has been rescued and saved from the evil hands of its owners! Imagine being subject to daily beatings, abuses and strangulations by diffrent people??!!! He/she must suffer from neck sores and pain ..how is he/she gona swallow water and food? wondering if they ever even provide that! Please ensure this vile family faces the harshesh punishments (no plea allowed) long jailtime and permanent ban on pet ownership! Shaming them by releasing their names in public is also a good deterrent. Animals needs human protection too and good leader like yourself Eknath Shinde, Chief Minister of Maharashtra, India can fulfill the role. GOD BLESS!
