No one does anything to see that these disgusting criminal activities do not happen in the future. America is a land of laws but NO JUSTICE!!! Officials must have ignored signs as neighbors only had to open their eyes to see the horses fading out of sight. The ribs on these horses showed a visible outward sign of total neglect! People housing horses in a fenced area forbidding horses from eating and drinking is murder and our laws should consider this act the same as the horses being shot to death except this is more painful and takes longer. These monsters are accountable! They are murdering horses. We need better legal enforcement. We also need punishment which will discourage others from doing this to any animal.
