Seek Justice for Animals Allegedly Found Trapped in Feces-Covered Apartment

Target: District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III, Bristol County, Massachusetts

Goal: Ensure strict legal action against those responsible for the alleged neglect and cruelty towards multiple animals.

A harrowing situation was unearthed in New Bedford, where animals were reportedly living in unbearable conditions. This alleged case of cruelty came to light after animal control officers responded to an anonymous tip. They were reportedly met with a scene of despair: an apartment riddled with the stench of urine, fly-covered traps, and no water for the animals. Among the victims were 13 cats reportedly trapped in a small, filthy room and three American Bulldogs in a severe state of malnutrition. Each of these animals reportedly required medical attention for flea infestations and injuries related to their neglect.

Further investigations allegedly revealed a more extensive pattern of neglect at the same address. Law enforcement purportedly discovered dogs on short leashes, confined to feces-covered crates without access to food or water, and several geckos in a terrarium, some deceased, without necessities for survival. This grim discovery led to 39 new counts of animal cruelty against one individual, highlighting a systemic problem of alleged abuse and neglect within this household.

This level of alleged neglect and cruelty cannot go unanswered. Those responsible must be held accountable for their actions. Demand swift, decisive legal action to ensure that justice is served and that a clear message is sent: animal cruelty is a grave offense that will not be tolerated.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear DA Thomas M. Quinn III,

We write to you, deeply disturbed by recent reports of alleged severe animal cruelty and neglect within your jurisdiction. Allegedly, multiple animals were found in conditions that no living being should ever endure: malnourished, confined amongst their own waste, and without access to basic necessities such as food and water. These reports paint a picture of profound suffering that demands immediate and decisive legal intervention.

It has come to our attention that despite previous convictions, a pattern of alleged neglect and abuse has continued unchecked, leading to the recent arrest and the levying of multiple new charges of animal cruelty. This situation reportedly includes not just cats and dogs but extends to other animals such as geckos, showing a disregard for the wellbeing of any living creature in the accused’s care. The specifics of these allegations, including animals kept in feces-covered enclosures and a pit Bull tied to a short leash without food or water, are both shocking and heart-wrenching.

Given the gravity and the apparent repeat nature of these alleged offenses, we implore you to take all necessary steps to ensure that the full weight of the law is brought to bear on this case. It’s crucial that a strong message is sent—that such alleged cruelty and neglect are unacceptable and will result in serious legal consequences. We demand thorough prosecution of the accused, seeking the maximum penalties allowed under the law, to serve both as punishment and as a deterrent to others.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]
