To do this to any living thing is evil. There are no reasons or excuses. This person must be found and face the law. However our legal system is broken. Why are there this type of people? Is it the social media platforms? Our people, especially the young, are consumed by these platforms. We have more mentally ill people now than in past years prior to social media influence. The person who did this needs to have it done to them. They must know what pain feels like. They did this to an innocent kitten. What a pervert! Once caught take him to a room and grab a plastic bag, put it over him and smash him from the ceiling of the room. However he is injured do not assist him. He’s not worth it. Surely this complex has cctv and they are able to identify this piece of rubbish – whoever did this is a danger to all animals and others! If they think this is okay they should be put away (or euthanised but that unfortunately doesn’t happen.
